Valarie Ostrom's Grand Re-Opening at Scrap Takeout and a New Release

After a few months off to take care of real life, Valarie Ostrom is back with some amazing new designs!  Today her shop reopens at Scrap Takeout and to kick things off she's got a collab called "Summer at the Lake" with Jen Yurko.

I love all these pretty summer colors!  They're perfect for scrapping pictures from your beach vacation or just from hanging out at the pool (or lake, lol).
